Graduated and qualified in the Department of Soil and Water, The Robert H Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment, the Hebrew university of Jerusalem.

Served as a research assistant and practitioner in graduate and undergraduate courses: Physics, Soil and water fundamentals, Fluid mechanics and Hydraulics, Irrigation and Salinity.

Main topics of research: investigation and optimization of irrigation systems, optimization of irrigation with saline water in extreme arid regions, feedback relations of irrigation control and plant controls, investigation of processes in soil-plant-atmosphere continuum, compensation effects in root systems under soil conditions, and more.
